This is a very good question because this activity is the essence in SFI.
First of all you have to be the person who is not afraid to take risks. In the dictionary, this word is defined as it comes: " a person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit." So you don't have to be afraid to risk some money, to invest in your business, to invest in promoting your products, you have to be an action person and to work hard for your own business, to promote and to hire people, never give up, you have to be a visionary, to have the vision of your own business plan. The ones who never want to invest in their own business, are not entrepreneurs, are not business people, they will never have a successful business because quality stuff is never for free.
On the other hand you have to take decisions, to communicate with people , you have to be well informed and learn a lot about your business so you could teach your PSAs and support your CSAs and never be afraid to admit when you make mistakes.We all learn from mistakes, this is the only way we gain experience. So don't be afraid to write emails, you don't have to be a professional writer, just communicate what you have to say, support people, encourage them.
To make it shorter, there are 3 important fact we have to do: to invest , to communicate and to advertise.
Not all people are made to be entrepreneurs.
