I think it's easy to fall into a rut, and sometimes the Business lends itself to get you to that rut quicker. With so much focus on games and badges it's easy to get distracted along with the others.
I think 2016 will be a perfect time to recommit my energy and increase my efforts to recruit. Learning new methods of recruiting will be a focal point. Getting outside my comfort zone and trying different things is a necessity.
