You can be a successful student AND teacher in SFI at the same time by continually reading, learning and building up your knowledge and passing on this store of knowledge to your team. Don't forget that learning is a lifelong journey. We never know it all so, no matter what, there is always more to learn or a better way of doing things. We never really stop being a Student. Everyone does things differently but no-one is wrong. Therefore, listen to others and utilise their knowledge to better your own and ultimately your team's.
