The most important thing in my opinion is to stay tune with the new
development and share up-to-date what is going on around
SFI/TripleClicks. The good example for this is the weekly news and
new changes and development update we get form the Corporate.
We have to align ourselves with that. Not everyone follows the news, so
We have to take the initiatives to share to make them aware of it.
You can update the team progress, as well as yours, remind or ask them
If they are on track on their monthly goals, offer them if they need help.
Recognize or congratulate them for what they accomplished, appreciate
Them for staying active, even for logging , Invite your non active affiliates.
Ask if they have challenges, tell them you are here to help and encourage
them time will come to pass.
Put some in lighting quote to make them smile and at last tell them with
Catchy phrase what your next week mail will be so they will look forward
To it anxiously with excitement.
