Once any of my new affiliate has read SFI BASICS and complete there Getting-Started Action, I engage them in a private chat via instant messenger. I know that everybody join to earn money. My aim of checking the goal with them is to know the level of hunger in them. It also afford me the opportunity to have a "little" idea of the affiliate. If my chat goes well, I can introduce TripleClicks slowly. If not, I take the second step.
My second step is to know their passion or hobbies. This strategy gives me the opportunity of telling the affiliate how he or she can make money from their passion or hobby. If he loves basketball, I introduce Uber- basketball. If she's crazy for necklaces, I introduce the fashion department to her. After the introduction, I give them time to check it out. My next conversation to them is how to make money from their passion.
