In your weekly communication to your CSAs and PSAs you can write the following to motivate them to become active:
1. A motivational quote from a famous individual like Abraham Lincoln.
2. The link to some Testimonials from current affiliates.
3. Tips that are shared daily or weekly by active Team Leaders.
4. Share names of team members who have achieved during the week. For example if they reached EA or become a Team Leader, post their names as to motivate the other Team members.
5. Make them feel appreciated by expressing sincere gratitude for their role on the team.
6. Support new ideas and encourage them to make it a reality.
7. Share ways that they can gain VersaPoints.
