I tried to experiment with myself. And it worked too.
Later I realised that without funds too, we can build good team because SFI has such unique tools.
1. New E-Cards are the best method to encourage PSAs to stay active. Send some tips on regular basis. Don't forget to congratulate them with New E-Cards.
2. PSA and CSA mailer should be used effectively . To inform latest news and regarding working with business. Include link of your Leadership Page at end.
3. When they became EAs reassign them with PSAs instead T-Credits ( if No Fund) .
You can also win free T-Credits at T-Time and transfer to New EAs or BTLs to encourage them.
4. Try to get in touch on social networks or by mails or SFI Chat, so that you can build a good business relation.
5. Play games: Win T-Credits or MRPs so that you can purchase T-Credit Pack 1 and transfer to PSAs
6. Daily Crown : Win $20 Gift Certificate and transfer a part of it to PSAs
7. Daily Grand : Win MRPs again buy T-Credits Pack 1 and transfer to PSAs
8. Advance to EA2 or BTL : Earns 10-12 T-Credits, transfer to PSAs
9. Sharing the awesome prizes at E365, really it works. Because the prizes are in Cash too for some simple daily actions. Which attracts more affiliates too.
10. Sharing them about New Sign Up Bonus also encourage PSAs. And without funds they are already credited with $20 Sign Up Bonus. It's the best encouragement provided officially.
11. W3 Program has advantageous rewards to encourage PSAs when we don't have funds.
12. Organising New Contest is the best way to encourage PSAs, and rewards could include as stated above which doesn't require any funds to invest in them
We are Successful only when our Downline is Successful, So always try to Make Downline Successful.
