In you personal note you should list the tasks which you are doing every day and day that you are there to help.
One of the very good message which I send to my PSA and CSA is the one which include links to the video in their language which explaining to them what is SFI, how to to starting tasks, why is important to do daily tasks and how they should do those tasks.
The part of this message should be explanation why is important to get 500 VP in the first 24 hours after registration and why is important to have their personal picture on the profile.
You should check them every day and send them notes.
You should encourage them.
You should motivate them.
You should be their helping hand.
You should create the group of support and tel them that you are going to give them possibility to join this group if they fulfill their tasks regularly.
