This is a very good and basic question every team leaders and EA's should understand. As per me I will send regular communications to my team and ask them any help required frequently. Also I will try to understand my team members problems and react and help them to upgrade to next level by motivating them and solve their issues on time. If you work alongwith your team and share the opinions and strategies very often, definitely the SFI will be a Great Place to work and team members will enjoy excited to do more work and succeed in SFI Business.
