Refer them also to the forums. You want to help them in the shortest time possible, yet cover every concern they have. The SFI site is in itself a complete resource of valuable information. Members of your team need to use the site to find answers and only after they can't find them contact their sponsor. If you can get your team to search for the answers, you can teach them how to become a leader themselves.
Leaders don't have all the answers, but we know how to find them. By instilling this practice into the members of our own team it becomes part of their training and will equip them with the knowledge and ability to build their own team.
