At the beginning my focus was to understand the essence of what a job , and of course as soon as I become independent . It becomes routine to help new members get them to be independent , a large emphasis put on ECA, and of course the coop is something that really works for the new ones , because when you yourself realize that they have someone who needs help , and they learn fast .
