To lead your team and have duplication when they are confused about everything, that will be a hard cookie to crack. But, I must say here, it is for you to be that example for them.
By saying that, I mean find out why, and what is confusing them. Then give them tips on how you were at the beginning, and where you are today. Share with them good tips that you used. And, one important thing advise them to read, read, and read. Advise them also to follow the forum, there they will find most of the answers to their questions, and confusions.
It is all about example. And as you do that, and send motivating messages, and accurate information that will help them clear their minds. By you doing this, and being an example to them is the best medicine for confuse minds. Be what you want them to be.
