I am on my fourth month here and it was hard for me to make my team to duplicate what I have done so far or at least be an Executive Affiliate. Then after some time, I thought maybe they are confused on what to do and just hesitant to ask. So I used the Mailer and the Stream to communicate with them and tell them in details what I did which were effective, in a way which will be easy for them to understand. We know that everyone has a different level of understanding things. And at the end of each note, I ask them to message me if they have tried it and if it was effective to them. This way I can validate that my method worked.
Of course, not everyone will do what you suggested them to do. But you just keep on giving them these tips and ideas and surely some of them will follow. Most of all, be an example first for them to believe the information you are giving.
