My PSA was as confused as yours if not more because he has no idea of how to even win a VersaPoint but I or we overcome the challenges. My PSA open his Wassap communication page and post me the specific page he is facing challenge and I guide him all through. With that, he is catching up.You have to guide them because their success is your success.
