As any good business owner should know his/her business will go through different phases before being regarded as a successful running business.
At the begining you will need to go through a learning phase.
Once you have got to the stage where you think you understand what is required you need to go into the growing phase where you will decide where you want to be on the leadership ladder and how much money you are prepared to invest to keep your business going.
You will go through the worrying phase where you want all your PSA's and all your CSA's to be active and you will continue to try and get them to wake up, you will want to win all the auctions and win all the games
You will now enter the success phase where you accept that you and your PSA/CSA's are human and you as an individual cannot change the world, and some auctions and games are not meant for you to win, and you follow the rules to success without trying to chage them or modify them.
You have now arrived and you will make it big time.
