We use to sit in our New Affiliates situation before, so we should also apply what we have learnt to pass through all obstacles till today.
Getting Started is the difficult part,
So do stay close with them, talk, communicate and share values especially answering their questions..

SFI already prepares the major road or the highway to a certain destination,
We on our part as a Sponsor or a Friend should share our experience going through all the streets which makes us as Team Leaders today, so be their close friend and be their tour guide who explains more in details.
This helps them build positivity and understands more about SFI. And thus will reduce their confusing state.
