I wish this question was not edited, because it is very important to bring to light one of a few thoughts that can hinder most people, when they are ready to start their own business. This is their mindset.
As an employee, we are each working for a company, or better yet, we are working to help grow the company, and we are payed for that work put in.
At SFI, you are primarily here to build a strong and successful business for yourself, and by doing that SFI grows. It is not a job where you are here to help TripleClicks compete. If you take it this way, it will make sense why you should be given gifts upfront before you started rolling up your sleeves to work for yourself.
TripleClicks is a very unique and reputable business, and pays much higher compensation than many of the other companies online. Increase your activity and keep your focus.
