Well, we all do not have the ability to stop or start time, unless my statement is proven wrong. Time will continue to pass as always, and you cannot control or stop that. You can only control the timing of your activities to some extent.

Two main thoughts I get from your question are:

1) Your 'allowance' of the passage of time, which will happen in spite of you.

2) Your expectation of a desired result, stemming from the passage of time in spite of you.

The thing that I find missing here, that can help bring more light to your question, is the nature of your measurable activities that should result in your production of income from SFI. I wish this question was not edited, because it is very important to bring to light one of a few thoughts that can hinder most people, when they are ready to start their own business. This is their mindset.

As an employee, we are each working for a company, or better yet, we are working to help grow the company, and we are payed for that work put in.

At SFI, you are primarily here to build a strong and successful business for yourself, and by doing that SFI grows. It is not a job where you are here to help TripleClicks compete. If you take it this way, it will make sense why you should be given gifts upfront before you started rolling up your sleeves to work for yourself.

TripleClicks is a very unique and reputable business, and pays much higher compensation than many of the other companies online. Increase your activity and keep your focus.

Let's look at the first part of your question, "If you are not good at approaching people face to face", because the solution to your challenge will be based on that phrase.

From 1): It is very unconventional for women to be the conversational initiators with men in other cultures, and so, it presents a thick barrier for these women to push through.

SUGGESTION: Focus on reaching out to the women, who in turn, may bring in their husbands or significant others, who are men.

From 2): Fear of rejection is a big challenge, but why? Is it because you love something so much that, it will hurt you to have someone step all over it in your face? Is it that personal to you?

Imagine you are a multi billionaire, secretly out giving some of your money to a few poor people. Will you be afraid of rejection in this case? You see, the root issue is your knowledge of the real value and self confidence in what you have, so that any one who turns it down is the potential loser, not you!

In a similar way, consider the value of the SFI opportunity and be confident that you have a winner, and the fear factor will be diminished, no matter what others will think about you. They may see your success later, even though that is not the reason why you are`in this business.

From 3): Don't worry about what to say....EVER! Don't even get into the habit of memorizing scripts; you may not come across as real. Speak from your heart, by telling your story - your 'before' and your 'now' and your hope for the 'future' because of the great opportunity you have.

THOSE WHO ARE OPEN TO A BRIEF CONVERSATION

Learn to build bridges by starting with common topic openers from the weather to unemployment, if be it - something that is a common topic without the possibility of an argument. Then find the way to cross over (building the bridge) to SFI as a good consideration for a solution, telling your story.

You may use an attention grabbing question like, "Guess what I found out, that I didn't know existed?" - your prior sketisism, your present belief and progress, then your anticipation of reaching your goals.

Invite the person to take a look by offering your gateteway link or card. Offer to find answers to any questions he or she may have, and follow up with them (take their phone number or current email address).

I choose not to use the 'FREE' word upfront, but leave it as a pleasant surprise for the person to wonder, 'Since I wasn't told this, I wonder what other surprises may be in store for me?'.

Most trainers in other opprtunities, train as if you should never take a 'NO' for an answer, but keep coming back with answers to every stubborn objection to win the person over. Do you want to work with a person you dragged in, who is perhaps in to prove you 'wrong' by doing nothing? Take a 'NO' and move on.

For me, a 'NO' means 'not yet', 'I don't have enough information right now to make a decision, but don't pressure me', or 'It's not for me'. Find out which one it is, and end on a positive note with the door still open. The rejection should not be about you, so move on to the rest of the seven billion people out there.

SFI, and for that matter, all other opportunities, should be treated like a tool to get the work done. A well used tool will show some wear and tear and resulting profit. Is your tool on a pedestal as a showpiece, or is it showing much profit because of wear and tear from frequent use? The wear and tear is because of resistance.

In conclusion, you are never a bother to the people looking for your opportunity. Just keep on looking to find them, because you want to show them the proof of your story. That's the positive attitude you should have without any apologies.

There are so many other methods of communication, and writing is only one of them. Forming good sentence structures and grammar in any language, is impressive and desirable, but that will not necessarily make you a good communicator.

The structured education system has in a way, made us to believe that, unless you are a well-spoken person, or a great writer or teacher, you will not do well in leadership. Far from the truth! If you can do 'show and tell' with only a few words, you can move mountains!

Let's compare your 'learn to write well' part of your question with a tool maker and his tool. He is known to make an excellent tool, meaning that, he has successfully communicated his excellence and discipline in tool-making to the marketplace.

Your 'how to' question prompts me to write a few things here to hopefully, help with the answer, and not give you a 'what to' solution.

Most of the time when new affiliates join the SFI team, they come with a variety of ideas of how they may want to approach the building of their business, and there is nothing wrong with that basically, except that your whole team must head in the right direction.

They may also have certain expectations which may or may not be on target, due to their current mindset. One of the most important steps to introduce in a loving and profound way, is having the right mindset to do this business.

Address The Mindset First

What I mean is that, most people come into the business, some desperate and want to 'make' fast money 'yesterday'or they quit. These may not be the ones you are looking to work with, unless they are willing to be re-trained to change their mindset.

Employee Mindset

Practice produces an improving habit, and the longer you practice well, the better you become at what you practice. Most people have worked all their lives as employees and are experts at their game.

Most employees are not usually engaged in work origination, that is, bringing in new business or contracts for the company. They are usually work processors, meaning they come in to find the work already there, and they are trained on how to complete that work and get paid.

So to start their own business and realize new areas they have never practiced in before, is a tall mountain to climb. So be patient with them.

The Simple Linear Income

Most employees are on a fixed salary with 'benefits', and so some go to work knowing that, as long as they keep their heads down and do the work right, they will come home with the pay, until they are laid off.

As`a result of the above, most people come into the SFI business with some of these employee mindsets, and telling them to do something else that does not bring them immediate and corresponding income becomes a turn-off. So again, be patient and keep on adding new affiliates until a 'fire starter' appears.

The Road Map

A road map is very essential in going from one point to another, especially in a business plan. But a road map is useless if you don't know where you are on the map, where you want to go, and finally, how you want to get there.

Now, Your 'How To Explain'

Your approach should command mutual friendship, respect and 'followership'. What I mean is that, before you can train anyone well, they must first totally relate to you and learn from you (SFI principles through your leadership).

They need to have a good and convincing reason to learn and follow you, before they can lead someone else with the plan (the road map) you have in place, and you do this by communicating your example in a friendly way.

1) First, show that you lead yourself well, then your team will find value in you to want to follow you. Every great leader is also a great follower of someone who is successful, or a solid plan that works.

2) Share your results (your victories and defeats) with your group, and point them in the right direction as a result of your experiences. Your team will be more relatable and attentive to you.

3) Tell you Story. Tell your team how you felt at first about the Fast-Track program, how you went for it, and how it is helping you now. Then tell them that it's up to them to choose their course, by following your tested-and-proven road map to get the desired results.

Nothing Is Idle In Life

You may have heard of the expression, Rust Never Sleeps. There are no neutral states of inactivity. What we call neutral is a net sum of equal positive and equal negative activities.

What does this jargon mean? You are either doing something regarded as positive, or you are doing something regarded as negative, and when at some point in time, your net results cancel out with respect to some expectation, you are`considered idle. Going backwards is not idleness (example tooth ache) and so is moving forward (healthy tooth).

You must consider the mindset underlying your question as either 'Why should I positively invest in SFI?' or 'Why should I negatively invest in SFI?'. My guess is that, you mean the former.

CONCLUSION

There are many factors, but I'll look at Return On Investment (ROI). Let's say for an example that, when you put $1 into a business and you produced $10, you have multiplied what you invested ten times.

Let's say you began to look into the matter more seriously to see if you could scale up this system, so you asked yourself "What if I did this again, maybe, a thousand times bigger?" So you took $1,000 and voila, you got &10,000. If this system is fairly consistent, you would say that you have a gold mine, and be compelled to repeat the process as often as needed.

Now one way of calculating this ROI is by simply dividing what you made by what you put in ($10,000/$1000 = 10). That is a 1000% ROI.

Now here comes the compelling reason why anyone should join SFI and become an SFI Affiliate. When what you put in is $0, your calculator will give you an error message because the ROI is off the charts.

Whenever you divide any number by zero, the answer is infinity, meaning too large to fathom, or does not make sense (in a good way, in this case).

Your maximum ROI is when you put in nothing but got a lot in return, and that is by definition, an unreasonably huge gift.

Of course, you are going to put in work and time, but we do that all day on other things anyway. Now, would you do this business for !0,000% ROI or more?
