The more people you hand out your TripleClicks Gateways to, the bigger chance that some will join TC, explore the site and purchase items.
You can look into the SFI Marketing Aids for the many options they give us for spreading the word: x-cards, in many different TC divisions, ECA materials, phone conversation example, e-cards, banners, auto magnets, etc.
And then there is the Gift Card and Gift Certificate. You can use them as a one-two punch to get someone to look at TC. You can use the Gift Card with a birthday or Holiday Card to announce that as soon as you have their account number you will send a $__.00 Gift Certificate to their account as their gift from you.
This will cause the recipient to scour the departments of their interest, learn how to make the order, and give you SVP. Meanwhile you didn't have to go out and buy and wrap the gift.
Since you know the recipient, you can send share-its, including for the games and to urge them to join W3, and hopefully bring in their friends.
When handing out gift Cards and x-cards, I have better results if I tell them I have been with this global shopping mall for so many years and with it being time to buy gifts they might like the prices of some of the many items.
