Support for your downline members is a critical function of being an affiliate.
The support to help them advance is a big part of a leader's role and simply would be good to consider the following:
Ask your Movers what he or she wants to achieve and be there to provide leads to where he or she may find information or motivation in support of their journey to achieve
Model, model, model - not only what you say impacts your Movers but what you do as well - be sure that you are talking with Movers about what you are doing to move up to the next level so that your efforts may be duplicated or inspire others to continue
Take time to review the activities that have been performed by the Mover and see if there is a strategy that has not been used or even considered. Human behavior usually has us perform the same tasks day to day, week to week, month to month and sometimes an addition-inclusion of a new strategy and when there is a "push" to do 1 thing different - this may be the one thing to make movement to the next level
It is important to support the Mover at the level where he or she is at and not to pressure them to feel guilty into growth but to work the SFI business as if to grow into it.
