Our movers are our potential to grow in our SFI business. They are usually 1 to 5 percent of those who sign up under us.
They are counted as movers if they have logged in in the last 10 days and have earned VP. We have a special tab for movers in our daily task which you can see your PSA and CSA who have logged in in the last 10 days and earned VPs.
If you want to see all the movers in your entire organization, you can go to genealogy and the first Quickfilter drop down menu is "My movers" you click on that and you will see your movers up to the last generation that you can reach.
All the people in your organization should receive your weekly team message, BUT the people in your Movers specially your PSA and CSA should receive special attention. This is where you will exercise your coaching and mentoring. So here is what you can do.
1. Establish a one on one conversation with your movers. - You ask where they are comfortable to engage in a conversation. It could be through email, chat or Skype. It is important that whenever they need help you are there.
2. You monitor their VP ledger to see where they are not earning VP and send them tips how to earn them.
3. You share to them your techniques and strategies how you are growing your SFI business. Be open also to what he is learning that he share to you.
4. It is important that you have enough knowledge of SFI and TripleClicks Processes. So study, read and learn continually.
5. Encourage them to follow what you are doing right. This is duplication.
Now if you are still new and you have already your movers you can set the environment of "learning and journeying together" and always ask your Sponsor if you do not know the answers.
There are basically three things that we do in SFI. 1) We earn VP to qualify us for rank 2) We find affiliates 3) we teach our affiliates, specially our movers to do no. 1 and 2. The techniques in doing 1 and two are the essence of how we grow our SFI Business.
