Answer is as long as they remain active.
In this situation, working as a team yields results as there is the Power of 1. One person's inactivity in the team can have a negative impact on the team's performance. If you have active PSAs and CSAs that are hardworking, then we can appreciate their efforts when they reach certain milestone or parameters met when you set up your team's contest . Such appreciation can be t credits or gift certificates.
As good sponsors, we need to encourage each and every affilate in the team so that they feel a sence of belonging. In this regard, any member of the team that won a prize in the Daily Grand or daily crown should be acknowledged and recognised. Also viewing their Versa Point Ledger, we can send team mails to remind them of tasks that need to be done. Or if they are short on few vps, we can send a gift certificate to achieve their ranks.
Remember as good Sponsors, we need to work with the workers, having time for them, encourage them, share tips and ideas to help them with their team so that they can equally be good sponsors.
