Start with a welcome to my team message or e card. Getting the attention and engaging CSA's can be approached in so many ways. I would think if a person joined SFI, they joined for a reason. Their reason for joining SFI would be what I would use to get their attention and engage them. As I build a relationship with them, I would introduce them to other areas of SFI which might interest them.
