There are important stages for your investment and task you need to accomplish every month and limited funds like yours can still be structured to get the most of what you need from your business.

These can all be found in a number of e-books offered by TripleClicks ECA members for affordable pricing.
Everything you don't spend on e-books I would put into advertising for your business like renting adspace on a popular business blog for recruiting SFI members or better yet a shopping or consumer reports blog to advertise TripleClicks.
After a few months your brain will require less training and you will discover additional free resources around the internet so buying e-books will not be vital as much as in your early days. At that point I would split the $30 a month between purchasing PSA to Go and Advertising TripleClicks on at least one high traffic blog or classified ads website. Great deals to look for are the low cost fees to feature your listing, add bold text, add a border or background color, add an image to your ad, or even in some cases to put the ad in an offline publication as well as online.
As you continue to advertise sales will begin to happen and you will find income coming in from TripleClicks and you will have all of those learned skills to move from a free blog to a self hosted Wordpress Blog on your own domain name, also able to be purchased from ECA on TripleClicks where you earn Sales VP to boost your rank.
Keep focused on reaching new markets with your ads and growing the number of tools you have to work with. One month you may buy the hosting and domain name for your blog, the next month you might buy a membership to get some stock images you can use with license on your blog and in things like banner ads to promote your blog. The month after that you may be able to swing adding an autoresponder to your tool chest to deliver a newsletter to your downline and to your potential TripleClicks customers. Keep adding tools to help gain more traffic, higher conversions, and simplify regular task.
Re-invest every penny you make from SFI and TripleClicks for at least your first year or until your income is large enough to reach your income goals. If you earn $20 a month from SFI add it to your $50 and have $52 for tools and advertising over that $18 a month. $40 a month in income you do it again, increase your budget so you can make $60 a month, or $80 a month etc..
Your hour a day needs to be at least 15 minutes and preferably 30 minutes to go through your daily task. READ EVERYTHING as you will learn a lot about your business and performance from member tips, SFI tips, and reports on bother your performance and SFI and TripleClicks as a whole.
Keep in mind that the number 1 question on your PSA's mind is, "How do I make money with SFI?".
By focusing on promoting TripleClicks and expanding your knowledge the first few months you will start making money and be able to share with your Personally Sponsored Affiliates how you are running your business that is getting results. When you can answer that question from experience and walk your recruits down the path of success you will see less church or turnover or inactive affiliates in your team and faster earnings growth. Every action made needs to focus on making money in your business which means getting profitable yourself and then recruiting PSA that you then teach how to become profitable as well.
