- In first few weeks new PSA contacts me daily - asking questions about SFI system. Thanks to these questions I understand if PSA/CSA is trying or wants everything on a "silver plate".
- After few weeks - my PSA is too busy working with it's own PSAs.
I think that everyone should understand: SFI ranking, Compensation Plan, VP system and other basics, by the time they reach E365 finals (Round 6). The rest is up to them.
Tip:
- Create your own FAQ list. It is true that all informations are provided on SFI, but all these information can be confusing for new affiliates. Abstract the most important basic things - Organize answers and important instructions on a website. You can include this links in your New PSA Greeting.
In this way you save your time, and your downline can use it too.
