1. Leadership is a life-long matter. It should not have expiry date for as long as there are followers in your team.
2. So, you must be committed to guiding/training your followers for life;
3. You should possess Positive Attitude;
4. Untiring Dedication is a must for every leader;
5. Tenacity to succeed and maintain the group is necessary.
6. Ability to Inspire your members should be uppermost for a life-time.
