Chart Service:You can communicate with any member of you team anytime when he/she is online
or leave a message if not online.
eCards: Send your team members an eCard to encourage,congratulate,thank or just to ask how
they are doing.
Genealogy: This is the tool were one can instantly send a broadcast to all your team members
with a click of a button once every week.
Forums,Leadership Page & Stream Post tab:Engage and encourage your team to visit the forum
daily to interact with the SFI family.There is a number of knowledgeable individuals in the forum.
Write educative messages in your leadership as well as your stream post pages for you team.
In addition to the above, we have telephones,Skype,emails.However,when it comes to telephone calls, one should thread with caution.It will be practically impossible to call say 2000, people every month as the cost will be astronomically high.My advice will be to work with workers.Here you can find your movers and periodically call them to give advice or encouragement or just a friendly chat.
Another important tool outside SFI's arsenal is Facebook.You can create a Facebook page for your team where you can interact and share all the challenges and successes with them.
