Most of the big successful businesses in the world try to develop a 'family environment' at their place of work. Why? Because a family environment is supposed to be a supportive environment where everyone work for the common good. In the business world this means a successful flourishing business.
Its the same with SFI. Look at the way we conduct business and communicate with each other - especially in The Forum. We place being supportive, being helpful and caring for each other highly in SFI.
Its the same with our own families. If your family embrace SFI and are supportive I am confident that this will go a long way to you having a successful SFI business.
SFI however is not your everyday way of conducting business or earning an income. Most people grow up with an employee approach - go to work (office/factory/plantation etc) and the boss pays you for doing the work. They may not understand or may be suspicious of SFI and would try to 'help' you by telling you its a waste of time or that its a scam etc..
Don't be discouraged if they are not supportive. Continue to work you business and don't forget to share your successes with them. In time they will come to realise the great work you are doing and how great SFI is. They may become you best PSAs or recruiters.
