I was thinking the same thing until I got involve with the forum discussions. There I learn how to communicate with my down line. And how do we that? Always send them a message in the team mail. If you have their email address send them a personal email.
Always keep writing in your blog on your Leaders page. The stream blog, forum. They are reading, and they will see your messages and they will read them. And, it is when they reach out to you, and even not, continue to send the messages.
