Here are some ways that I communicate with my downline.
First, I contact them by sending an e-mail. If I get the feedback I try to find them on Social Networks, because it's much faster and reliable way to communicate. If they don't use any kind of Social Networks (like Facebook, Twitter, etc.) I continue sending emails to them. As I final way I communicate them is to text them by the cell phone, of course if they share the mobile number with me. Also there are some free apps for the cell phones that are very similar to Social Networks, what can be very helpful is you communicate with them by sell phones.
