My main concerns about Communicating with Downline people are:
1.E-mail: Daily we need to send emails to our new PSAs regarding Daily Tasks and Fast-Track member and other contests....untill they should understands the work at SFI.
2.Meanwhile daily we have to see the Affiliates VP Ledger page and suggest them to improve their work and ask them to read more and more at SFI(by sending email only....)
3.Phone: We should not communicate over the phone with new Affiliates.....because after joining they will ask us plenty of questions....sometimes we are not in a position to give a right answers....at least we should avoid this for 1 month.
4.Steam Post: It very effective tool to motivate and communicate with our team members........so, use it for Promoting SFI products and your winnings at SFI.....etc
5.Genealogy Mails: We can send nice motivated messages timely.........
6.E-Cards: Sending these cards, directly it goes to their emails.....
