This is a very good question because we all know that 99% of SFI Team Leaders face the problems of not getting responses from their downlines.
I know a lot of people would say to utilize the PSA and CSA messenger or the Team mail but I humbly disagree with that.
Truth is, the PSA and CSA mailers are good. They are the best option SFI can provide for us right now. However as an awesome sponsor and team leader I think the best way to communicate with your downline is to have a PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP with them.
I learned this from my Co-sponsor and it has been very very helpful. You can go about it in the following way.
- When your new PSA joins SFI, send a mail to him/her welcoming them to your team.
- When he/she has confirmed his/her registration and is 'ready to go', you can now utilize the following PERSONAL methods of communication which from research has been proven to be more effective considering that a lot of people do not regularly check their emails.
1) Facebook
2) BBM (Blackberry Messenger)
3) Google+
4) Skype
5) Twitter
6) LinkedIn etc.
7) Whatsapp
Note: You could still send team mails via the PSA and CSA mailers but the above mentioned methods should be thoroughly taken into consideration and utilized. If your PSA or CSA is not attached to any of the social media packages, encourage them to create an account for one or more while still keeping in touch via mails.
On the other hand, for a few that would not mind handing their personal contact numbers to you, you can keep in touch with them by calling. This is only going further to prove what an awesome sponsor you are, always ready and available to tackle issues your downline members might have.
