I feel we have more ways of communicating than any
business I have ever worked.

Each way of communicating, has it"s own purpose.
So there is no best method.

The welcome message for introducing yourself to your
new referral and introducing them to your team.

My favorite way to communicate is through the Stream

Post on the To Do daily tasks.I can place a tip every day.

Stream helps me not to send too many e-mails or Team Letters.

Then use the comment section to ask your team to use it too.
