Now, I believe the best way you should communicate with your downline is the easy way that you both can find. No matter if it's a telephone, e-mail, chat or some other type of communication.
Personally, I prefer chat because it is the most successful way, and this is why.
This way, you will give your affiliates the help they need in a fastest way which is important. Let's say a person from your downline contacts you and he needs answers to more than one question which are all important for his business and also yours. By chatting, you can analyze questions slowly, one by one and provide the most correct answers in case you need to search for some of them.
There are so many ways you can chat with your dowline and that's the best part, because you are sure you will find the one that fits you both.
