The first way is via e-mail, it is usually the first communication in the welcome letter to our downline.
The other form of communication through social networks, the most common is to Facebook. Facebook set up groups for individual structures, speech areas, geographic areas. These are support groups, which are published instructions, links and files, and upline tagging to downline what is important to see or learn.
Also in those groups we publish and congratulations for the achievements of our downline. In this way, we show our downline how important they are to us.
Facebook is also a very effective, we can communicate via chat with your downline. It is very convenient, because it is fast and efficient, using PrtSc we can very easy to show the process of solving a particular task or problem.
Also we have and SFI tool, internal chat. In the top right corner of our website we have a little gray cloud. If the red circle next to the cloud, we have a message in chat. This is ideal for communication when our downline online (green circle on genealogy page).
If your downline from the same country, you can communicate by telephone. And if you're in the same city, it is preferred do a homes business presentations, with socializing, why not!
