I think that nothing can be better than starting a presentation tolking to people face to face.
This is probably the best method, for recruiting members, for the team leaders who can spend a lot of time doing it, but this is a limited method, because you can communicate and fix an appointment only with people from your city, or country. For other members who are not in your circle, SFI provide some other method, like chat, group e-mails, forum.
Another interesting method can be start a conversation using social networks, but I suggest when you start a conversation of any kind to have some own information about your previous work on SFI, because most of people can be sceptic about online jobs.
