My first ideas would be prizes .... Maybe a raffle for a gift certificate ?

Also have some TripleClicks products on show ... preferably one's you buy yourself or products that your audience could/would use. Perhaps put these in the raffle too or even better ... put a price tag on the products. People love to try and/or buy instantly.

Have plenty of literature about SFI and TripleClicks at your presentation for people to read or take away.

Offer an incentive for signing up that night.

Offer a "one to one" appointment to anyone who may need further help to get started.
