1. It is obvious that you next move should be to become an Bronze Team Leader.
2. As a Bronze Team Leader, you'll receive matching VP on all EA2s in your downline within 6 levels (including your CSAs).
3. As per SFI glossary of SFI terms a BTL is a VIP title of recognition (commonly referred to as a BTL) for an affiliate with 3,000 to 3,999 VersaPoints (VP) for the month (1,500 min/2,000 max from sales/purchases).
4. A BTL must also maintain his/her Leadership Page (learn more HERE) [ https://www.sfimg.com/Support/Solution?catid=26444&id=19937] and a minimum 3-star sponsor rating [https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=scoreboard ] (not applicable if TLs have less than 5 ratings) from PSAs.
NOTE: An asterisk following your rank as displayed at the Affiliate Center indicates you're in the BTL's first-month grace period, and you will need to qualify for BTL again by the end of the month to enjoy the full benefits of this rank.
5 Now you need 1500/2000 more Versa Points from sales/purchases. Then you need and another 500-1000 AVPs (Action Versa Points), totaling 3999 -2000=1900 AVPs.
6. Action VersaPoints (AVP) are the VersaPoints awarded for completing a variety of actions, as outlined on the VP Ledger. Compare to Sales VP. Sales and Action points are denoted on your To-Do List and VP Ledger under the "Type" column.
7. In completing the above points do not forget to recruit more and more affiliates to build your downline through using your SFI and TC gateways.
8. Keep constantly in touch with your affiliate to render regular support, help and guidance.
9. Also try to award the new affiliate with 5/10 TCredits and issue Gift Certificates to your PRMs and the good workers as you know the key to success is "Duplication"
