The best time to start buying is just as soon as you can afford to do so.
It's never to early to start a team. If they have a question you dont have an answer to
you can always go to your upline for help or tell them you will answer them just as soon as you can
and then "find the answer".
In short, start right away. It's a learning experience for everyone to start with. Might as well get "Paid to learn"
