1. Congrats by the way for achieving the EA-2 rank. The very fact you have reached this level confirms that you are ambitious to reach further heights, surmounting all obstacles/hurdles on the way.
2. Your primary aim now must be to become a strong Team Leader, starting at the bronze level (BTL).
3. This is also the time to recruit as many affiliates (PSAs). You have to dedicatedly focus on this aspect now onwards.
4.Once you secure a handful of active PSAs/CSAs who are sincere& dedicated to log on daily into SFI website, carry out the daily tasks, advertise SFI & TC in their personal blogs & domains, who carry out both warm marketing (off line) and vigorous on line marketing etc, that’s the right time for you to join the bandwagon of Bronze Team Leaders.
5. If you can afford a standing order of at least 125 T-Credit pack ($36.25USD),please go for it!This will facilitate you to maintain your BTL status at this stage, which has several benefits.

6. Continue with dedication the regular completion of your daily/weekly/monthly tasks to earn your VP's. Continue to build your team and provide them guidance to duplicate your actions.
7 Utilise all the free info of guidance, internet lessons, marketing aids & banners and other training tools to develop your business,
8. You may advertise now for more PSAs and PRMs as well as bid in auctions for PSAs.
9..Adopt the all time golden rule of:-
a Recruit at the least five PSAs
b) Train them
c) Teach them to become active leaders by the art of “duplication”.
d) Repeat this cycle down the line
10. Continue to market by advertising SFI through your gateway links and Prestige custom domains to earn new affiliates. Market TripleClick products and the ECA program. This will also help you to build a potential residual commission base.
11. Make use of ‘Forum’ and ‘Ask SC’ to clarify your lingering doubts which is quite understandable. There is no end to learning the “tricks of the trade” concerning SFI. By asking questions, you can increase your knowledge base.
12. Schedule a business plan which will enable you to maintain your EA2 or higher rank. This can be done easily by setting your goals every month and achieving the set goals, by following the pre-planned schedule .At times, you may be able to achieve only 80-90% of your monthly goals-if your set goals are high . Do not worry; just re-focus on the tasks lay out for the succeeding month!
13. Finally, to experience growth be sure to diversify your efforts each month. You can also work out your schedule of tasks by reviewing what you hope to achieve with SFI in the long term (3 to 5 years from the date of joining), then work your business plan backwards from the desired outcome.
