I am a relatively new affiliate, and I would have to say, as soon as you have the resources. There are several ways to acquire PSAs and if you direct your attention to the active ones, you will have time in the beginning to be an Awesome Sponsor. As time goes on and you get to duplicate yourself, you can pass the excess on to your downline and teach them how to be Awesome Sponsors!
