I think it depends on your budget.
1. First month without any effort I think everyone can get 1500 VP. But the problem will come from the 2nd month to maintain a SO of 1500VP to maintain EA2 rank.
2. We try all possible ways to promote SFI gateways to get PSAs. But if we cant find any PSAs we must buy PSAs as per our budget. I think after two or three months later we start buying PSAs if we cant find PSAs.
3. But before we buy PSAs we must try our best to market sfi gateways to find PSAs.

1. Search Engines 2. Email Marketing 3. Banner placements 4. Forums 5. Paid traffic 6. Sponsorship Ads 7. SEO White hat methods 8. Press releases 9. Article promotion 10. CPA Networks 11. Classified ads 12. Offline newspaper ads 13. Cross promotion 14. Joint Ventures.... etc...before we start buying PSAs.
4. If your budget is limited suggest not to buy rather than try and try.
5. If you have good budget then you must buy and try your luck with the PSAs.
