Before you give your help, get to know him/her well enough to determine what and how much he is putting in. Show you care.
What is the complaint, is it about money, time or acquiring knowledge?, for example:
-Is he/she putting in to much time at SFI
-Is he/she investing too much money
-Is he/she spending to much time acquiring knowledge
Give the help relevant to the reason for the complaint.
If he /she is not getting rich quick enough, share your knowledge about SFI. Remind him/her that it is not a 'Get Rich' opportunity, it is a real business requiring real investment and time to grow.
If the affiliate is a hard worker with a team of his own, showing him the benefits and compensation plan may encourage him. Try to motivate him. if you are not rewarding him for his hard work, do so now.
