You can start buying PSAs as soon as you are able to give them your support. You do not have to know everything about the business to start teaching others, but you do have to be willing to find the answers to their questions. You can ask your own sponsor, you can search the forum, but make sure to never leave the questions from your PSAs unanswered.
Remember how you felt when you started. Most of us needed some extra guidance at the very beginning. Invest in new PSAs only if you are able to provide that extra guidance for them. Otherwise, this won't turn out to be a very good investment. You have to actively work with your PSAs and teach them Duplication. By being a good leader and providing high quality support- you will greatly benefit from having a team.
