It is easy to give them tangible gifts such as Gift Certificates, Tcredits, S-Builder Co-op membership. We are encouraged to do all the above. Such gifts will have a positive impact right away
But, the most valuable gift we can bestow on our team members is, from the get go, to help them see all the possibilities SFI offers, open their eyes on the big picture of building a strong team, help them grasp the lifetime benefits that derive from it and mentor them to duplicate those teachings with their own teams.
This is the gift that will continue giving as long as people in our downline continue to share it.
When we do this task very well, our PSAs and CSAs will reap unlimited gains, both tangible and intangible, that will last all their lives. When they duplicate our teachings, their own affiliates will benefit from such a gift. We can help every member of our team in that, using the tools available with our Genealogy filters, reaching as deep as possible.
Our own, personal gains, from this gift, will be great wealth and financial security, not to mention the satisfaction of helping others reap equally meaningful benefits and tremendous success.
From day one, we can use our mentoring and sponsoring tools to build professional relationships with our new PSAs and CSAs, gain their trust and friendship, create the conditions that will open up beneficial communications. This will make possible, for us, to know our affiliates, fully understand their aims and motives, thus help them more efficiently reach their goals. Our next objective is to give them the desire to do the same with their own team members.
Of course, the larger the number, the better and the greater will be their success and ours. But, we just need a handful of CSAs and first generation of PSAs who are committed, open and willing to accept such gift, use it, act upon it and share it. That will communicate, down the line, the passion, and the knowledge to others, helping keep the "gift giving" alive.
