For me the great welcome gift is sending them an E-card.Welcoming thier on your groups of affiliates and tell them that you are thier to help them build up thier SFI BUSINESS.Motivate them very well on how to become successful in SFI.And then when you see thier dedication in doing their business then it's time to give them a gift,either tcredits or gc.
