SFI offers a variety of professional greeting cards to choose from (some are quite fun) to send to your new PSAs and CSAs. And instead of an automatic welcome response you may use from SFI, I suggest you use your own welcome words. One would never tire from receiving material welcome gifts. But I do believe words have more of an effect on people. Choose them wisely, and may the Lord richly bless you!!
