Include the SFI urls, Your ID#, password, Sponsor and co-sponsor contact information, and tell how to contact the Corporation. Discuss all of this with your family members.
As SFI is not very tiring I'm not sure that most retirees will want to give up entirely on working their SFI businesses until the time comes that they are totally unfit or unwell, or mentally disabled.Seniors need something to do. They need a purpose. SFI can be done from a wheel chair or hospital bed.
It is wise, though, to begin preparing the eventual hand-over. Who will take on you business? One child or more? Will you split it into parts?
My plan, I'm nearly 66, is to sign-up my children and grandchildren as they come of age to be my PSAs, teach them the business, etc. and watch and see who is the Diamond. To that one, I will give my second best branch. I will keep my best sub-team to the end.
As each family member shows promise, I will begin slowly to reassign all of my PSAs. This will leave me with a Generation 1 that consists of my family members, my best PSA and any new PSAs who have not yet been trained. This will take most of the ream care to my few PSAs.I will still be a Team Leader and it will still be my team. But I know my work will go on.
As things firm up I can then reassign all PSAs to one of my relatives, or I can leave them as parallel teams under my sponsor.
I have not studied what I need to do if I should approach the Diamond status. I then would need to retain all PSAs who are headed for PTL themselves and alter the plans for transfer of my business.
