My first question to you is why do you need a welcome gift? Here is why! You need to get and keep these persons for life. These persons mean retirement monies so I would say Tcredits, gift certificates, or Tcurrency would be good gifts but i wouldn't just give them willy nilly. I would suggest you give them as they become EAs or BTLs that is sweetening their pie for work well done. The best thing is ENCOURAGEMENT. If you encourage them along the way they feel good and will be willing to do the work not only for themselves but you too! I must say this was a great question.
