The "Big Picture!"
First a goal must be establish which can be visualized mentally. This is where our focus begins, which also gives us vision toward the direction of our goal.
Not that we have vision of our goal we must find the specifics which suit our goal.
So what is your goal?
Make a lot of money?
Become successful?
Get out of debt?
These are really vague questions. We must be much more specific than this.
What can you do? This is the most important question, others my be much more successful with certain tasks and responsibilities which are well beyond our capabilities.
I would say to you just continue to focus on being a strong support mechanism for your team building and training responsibilities. This is a big enough picture for now.
How you decide to go about it is up to you no matter what anyone else is doing.
Keep the formula simple. Stick to it. Do the best you can do. Be the best you can be.
